1. What is KAROAKU ?

KaroAku (KA) born from noble thoughts of spreading happiness, KA came to the world as the solution for people to give gifts, while also making true of its charity mission (KaroAku Peduli, Kamu?) by sharing part of its proceeds to noble causes.

Based on the fact that everyone likes to be surprised, Our founder established KaroAku driven by the passion to spark happiness in people's lives. We want to provide surpirses selected from best quality products, personalized packaging and customized as per our client's needs.

2.  When will I get my order ? 

Please allow at least one week for delivery. KA boxes from our studio typically process within 1-3 business days and are shipped via our patnered vendor through priority mail. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at karoaku0710@gamil.cpm and we will try our best to make it happen! 

3.  How will my gift (s) be packaged & wrapped ?

All of our gifts are packaged in high quality corrugated box or thematic wrapping paper or  wood slide top boxes and are tied with your preference ribbon and/or seasonal accents. Please refer to the specific listing for details on how the outside of your gift will be wrapped. If you have something else in mind, please add this comment at checkout. Note that we occasionally (beautifully) wrap glass and breakable items to protect them for transport.

4.  What if I need to order large quantity of gifts ?

For custom gifts and orders over 10 boxes, we ask that you contact us at karoaku0710@gmail.com or reah us at whatsapp business number 0817 810 710 for a custom shipping quote. We want to make sure your boxes arrive at your destination in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.

5.  Can I add my personal signature or logo ?

Sure ! There are many options available to add branding to our pre - curated and custom boxes. Some of the services we offer are included helping yo to design its custom printed cards and hangtags and branded packaging such as engraved wood boxes and custom labeling.  Please email us at karoaku0710@gmail.com to get started. 6.  Other than personal & corporate gifts, can you make other gifts for specific event ?

Absolutely ! There are lots of events to keep up with. Company gathering, town hall meetings, Idul Fitri, Christmas, Halloween, your wedding day and that's just the major ones. From employees awarding to their series of live events, we're here to help you.

7.  Where are you located ?

We're located in Indonesia, South Tangerang where we also can provide hand delivery by our own fleet. Sit back and relax, your gift is coming right where ever you are ! 

8.  What is your return policy ?

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty and meaningful as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at our whatsapp business number 0817 810 710.
